These Grainwright LLC Terms of Service (“Terms”), including the Privacy Policy, are an agreement between you and Grainwright LLC, dba Sourdough Geeks (referred to as “Sourdough Geeks,” “us,” “our,” or “we”). When you use https://www.sourdoughgeeks.com (the “Site”) or any related website, software, email, or other service provided by us (collectively, together with the Site, our “Service”), you agree that the Terms govern your use of the Service and other related legal rights.

BY UTILIZING THE SERVICE, YOU CONSENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING OUR PRIVACY POLICY (COLLECTIVELY, THE “TERMS”). The Privacy Policy is incorporated as part of these Terms.
These Terms provide that all disputes between you and us will be resolved by BINDING ARBITRATION. YOU AGREE TO GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT to assert or defend your rights under this contract (except for matters that may be taken to small claims court), including class action lawsuits. Your rights will be determined by a neutral arbitrator and not a judge or jury, and your claims cannot be brought as a class action. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are at least eighteen (18) years of age; (ii) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service; and (iii) your registration and use of the Service comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity or organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Our Services
Our Services provide users (“Users”) with access to digital content, educational materials, subscriptions, and other features and offerings made available through the Site, as described from time to time.
We are not responsible or liable for the conduct of any User or for any interactions between Users in connection with the Service.
Payment and Subscriptions
 Access to the Service, or to certain features of the Service, may require payment of fees, which will be clearly disclosed on the Site prior to purchase. All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars.
All payments are earned when paid and are nonrefundable, except as required by applicable law.Â
We may offer subscriptions or recurring billing options. If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with the terms disclosed at the time of purchase. You may cancel a subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing or fees on a prospective basis. If you do not agree to a price change for a subscription, you may cancel prior to the effective date of the change.
Accounts and Registration

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOURDOUGH GEEKS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (II) $500.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Louisville, Kentucky, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
